I grew up on a dairy farm in Reeseville, Wi and went to school in Waterloo. After participating in high school athletics with football and track & field, I ended up needing chiropractic to get my body back into alignment and heal. This experience as a patient and my interest in Science and Anatomy influenced my college career switching from agriculture to the natural health sciences.
I attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA where I concurrently received my Bachelor of Science degree and Doctorate of Chiropractic. At Palmer I learned a variety of techniques to deal with neuro-musculoskeletal injuries. For those that are familiar to chiropractic, some named techniques I utilize are: Thompson Drop, Gonstead, Diversified, and Impulse Instrument adjusting. I keep up with these techniques and current health information yearly with continuing education classes.
I'm a rural/small town guy and very happy in the area. In my free time, I like to enjoy the outdoors, following sports (Go Pack!) and staying active. I also love spending time with my wife, Larissa, and keeping up with our identical triplet daughters Leanna, Rebecca, and Calla.
